If you watched our last video (which you can find here), you are familiar with the trickle down effect the tech industry is seeing during the current unprecedented chip shortage. Because we manufacture in house, we are able to identify and address issues as they arise.

Continuing with our three part video series, this second video focuses on how we design our circuit boards. By using CAD, a program that allows us to digitally create 3D models of our circuit boards before they are manufactured, created from schematics of electrical circuits. These schematics map out where the signals on the circuit board will go. We then can see the map laid out and are able to draw the paths for these signals.
In our final video, you will see how these prototype circuit boards are physically routed and put into our axxios Control Series. Once each new circuit has been built we can then test for any issues and continue to iterate until the targeted function and performance has been achieved - we are then one step closer to delivering final products to the consumer. No matter what the obstacle that stands in our way, we will continue to find solutions and keep pushing through until the end.
